The cushions were still vacuum sealed but the covers were out of the plastic wrap. The seat cover had a large rip at the seam. I contacted the seller and they offered to let me return or partial refund for repair. I took the refund, it’s been repaired, and it looks great. Even though it wasn’t exactly as described I’m giving 5 stars. The seller promptly made it right!!
