Quick shipping and great customer service. I thought that the back up camera I purchased was not my problem and set up a return for refund from the seller. Very quick response and return information and instructions arrived very quickly.
Thankfully I wasn’t able to send it back immediately, and before I could send it back, my camera on my truck started acting up again. I then installed the new camera instead of returning it.
Camera is easy install and is working great after the installation.

I contacted the seller and he replied in a timely fashion and answered my questions. The camera does have the features of the original camera with the grid lines lining up correctly and the zoom feature. The camera came in a a box that an authentic Ford part would come in. I had purchased another camera for much less that the seller claimed it had the exact features of the original but the grid lines did not line up and the zoom was non existent. This camera worked perfectly as advertised.
