Any other brand, especially those made in China are simply the cheap copy of this machine. They copied the concept, process and settings, but can not achieve the same result. Highly recommended!

    we bought this bread maker to replace our 6 year old heavily used zojirushi bread maker. The old one is still working but doesn't have all the extra functions of the new one. we have only baked 6 loafs of bread and are very happy with the results. the seller Description was spot on and shipped rapidly. we could not have expected any better transaction or communication from the seller.

    The Best of Its Kind

    This is a very one amazing machine that produce a very professional looking and tasting loaf of bread. You will not be disappointed if you invest in this machine because it delivers!! it is easy to use and easy to clean bread pan. Just read the instructions manual before you start and the bread comes out perfectly!! I am looking forward to a long time relationship with my zojirushi virtuoso plus breadmaker.

    The best machine.

    I have made two loaves so far and so good. I like the timer feature and to this point, both loaves of bread we have made have been delicious. This was a used machine but it is running very well and I have had no complaints so far.

    Works amazingly well but…

    It is important to watch the process when first using this. The machine doesn’t mix right away if all the ingredients aren’t at room temperature so don’t be alarm if nothing happens when you press start. It will indicate “rest” and is just waiting for the ingredients to warm up. After that the mixing will start, and for any given recipe, watch the mixing so to make sure you get a dough ball when kneading starts, add additional flour by tablespoonful for it is too wet, or add a bit of water if it is too dry. Once you get a nice dough ball, then all is well and it will come out nicely. This machine is nice and quiet and provides a nice and even bake.
