I was expecting a rack mount kit with the UPS that I purchased since it was listed as included in the description. Since talking to the seller, I found that the manufacturer specs was used as the description and they don't have the rack mount kit available. Despite this, I'm satisfied over all since, the price was good, the shipping speed, packaging, and cost was excellent, and the unit works really well. If not for some minor cosmetic marks it could be mistaken for new. Very happy.
