Upon unboxing guitar, pickups had pitting and tuners were dull and had what appeared to be overspray on them. Guitar also had a 1 inch long gouge on the top. In my opinion, not in mint condition. Ad stated, "No returns". I contacted the seller and he offered to pay for return shipping and purchased a brand new Epiphone Les Paul and customized it for me. Received today and now am 100% satisfied! Love it
