Item as depicted and described with "emblem recess". The hardware bag had broken loose inside the box and some washers were missing while also causing some scuffs and chips to the main bracket.
I contacted the Seller who responded promptly. After a series of messages and providing pictures, the Seller offered a partial refund that was fair and reasonable.
