Anyway, I'm glad that I did and got it way ahead of time which was a plus. The package was safely sealed, and the item was exactly how it looked. Overall, I'm very happy!

Shipping box with Guitar was a bit dented and sloppily taped. Internal wrapping was paper. Strum Down mechanism squeaked and did not work properly making it unplayable (probably due to little or no contact underneath). Seller was responsive and asked good questions. They said it was not doing that before being shipped. They gave me a full refund which I greatly appreciate. Bummer the strum was defective, but item was otherwise as described in good condition. Happy with customer service. TY.
