    Solid, well-constructed support

    We put a carrier on top of our 4Runner recently and needed somthing to make it easy to reach items in the carrier. The Moki Door Step fils that bill. At 200 pounds, I was cautious when stepping on it, but the MDS feels feels solid under foot and I've learned to trust it. We bought 2 so we coculd both reach gear on the rrof from both sides. The MDS is well designed, constructed and finished. An execellent accessory to have on hand when traveling or camping with a car-top carrier or cleaning the roof of your car.

    Well made product, but not universal

    This is a solid bit of kit, but it doesn't fit every car. If your latch is a continuous round bar loop, sure. My Chevy HHR has a flat bar section, wider than the hook on the step is really designed for. It fits after a fashion.

    The Answer To Quick Access To The Car Roof

    I purchased the steps for my wife who has trouble clearing the snow off the roof of her car. Apparently there's a new law in Pennsylvania that you can't drive around with snow on your roof. This step is better than her having to get out a step ladder just to clean off her car. She loves it. Of course, with a set of two, I put one in my jeep.

    VERY good, I can use this!

    My step came with a vinyl cap over its' hook. This makes the hook too wide to fit my 2022 Explorer door latch loops. I will need to peel the vinyl cap off in order to use it. Note that I will be using this on the rear door. Also it appears that the platform of the Moki will not be perfectly level. But it will be stable, and very useful for loading the roof rack.
