Total scan, merchandise not what was advertised, no animation or lights. I requested a refund. Seler indicated that in order receive a discount ,I needed to closed refund request. Since they were not able to provide returning label. Total scan. I was so discusted that I just gave up. I believe that's what they were hoping and counting on. Do NOT buy this merchandise!

Counterfeit Dept. 56 item. Seller denied they advertised as authentic Dept. 56 - had to show them pic of their own ad. Back and forth emails for 7 days before they refunded my whole purchase price of $13. Poor product, service and shipping time. They requested neg feedback revision due to refund but bottom line is they sold counterfeit junk and took over a week to get measly $13 back.
