The only problem I had with this order is that the pants smelled like smoke and I was not able to exchange them also I had reason to believe it was the wrong size tag in there because they didn’t fit and when I asked them to exchange it for a bigger size, I would have to send it back for a 3xl which they only had one left of both sizes so I would have risk someone else buying it because theses guys weren’t trying to oblige me and I’m a loyal customer, my son luvs them, so money didn’t go to wast

I have sent two emails to the seller and no reply. Instead of the Harry Potter Juniors Plush Robe, I was sent a Friends themed backpack, thus one start for description. Since it is so late I will order elsewhere and hope it comes for Christmas. The backpack is nice but I am sure it was less expensive than the robe. I have another granddaughter that may like it. I need the seller to make an adjustment.
