Hello , I received a big white bag , when I opened it , it had a flowered dress inside . Somebody took my shipping label and stuck it on that bag. When I went to the post office this morning , they told me to contact the sender , which is you. I told them it had to be done when it was in USPS . they told me no it couldn't happen, BUT IT DID !!! I received this item but it did not fit my model although they claimed it would. I notified the seller and they agreed to a return and refund. They now refuse to send me a Return Label. They send messages that don’t make sense. I won’t be dealing with this Seller again and cannot recommend them. I am still waiting for the Return Label even after 6 messages requesting it.
