Beautiful fish and excellent communication from seller. Great packaging. I purchased 3 guppies and a longfin albino bristlenose. The listing descriptions were accurate. Each fish was individually double-bagged to prevent any leaking in transit. All arrived alive and healthy. We had a fish pass but I believe it’s due to the roughness in transit they were very well packaged but once received by our local postal office I was contacted being told about the damaged package
We were offered a replacement but we in our area have cold weather coming in. I opted for a refund and will order again in the future when the weather is warmer!
