I received my purchase item March 26th damaged. I contacted the seller immediately & provided pictures. The seller told me that she was placing a claim with USPS and would send me a replacement. Then a week later told me that she would send me a refund. Then she asked me to take the broken item and the original packaging to the post office to verify the claim which I did but the Post Master told me that the seller had to do this and not me. 6 weeks and not resolved. Only empty promises!

Hi, Please understand that USPS damaged your package - not us. We packaged it VERY well, however they damaged it and are ultimately responsible which is why we pay insurance.THEY are refusing to pay the damage claim &requested that you BRING the item in for inspection NOT US.We have been going back and forth with them trying to make them settle &pay your claim however, their new strategy is to keep denying until we give up.We will NOT let this happen which is y we told you to ship it back to us
