Customer advertised as 100% mint but as you can see the box is damaged. They tried to blame postage but the item was bubble wrapped and in a tough box which had no damage. They are not willing to help and say it’s eBay’s postage service. Not happy at all as I can’t send back because of the fees with international postage.

We stand behind everything we sell & our feedback & shipping speaks for it's self. With that being said we asked this customer numerous times to please open up a proper claim with ebay so we can go thru the proper steps to get this resolved. He would not do this and instead kept asking for money to fix the problem. If he had just did what we asked him to do he would have been made whole by the ebay global shipping program. Instead this is the route he takes.
