The Total War was expired by four months. The taste was off and usually clear liquid was cloudy and whitish. Normally, there is an expiration sticker on the bottom of the box (see picture) but not on this one. I am giving this seller Positive feedback as I was refunded promptly and without any hassle. So this seller is going to take care of you if needed. The bottom sticker may be a new thing, as this box is old. Bottles had expiration date. So seller may not have known was expired.

    Not bad

    Recieved the item quickly and in brand new condition. I like the product well enough except they use a large amount of niacin in the multi. And it's not the flush free kind. So taking 250 mg of old school niacin makes your skin all red and hot and itchy. Definitely should be something warning about that.

    essential for older men

    I take 60% Icariin Epimedium on a regular basis to shrink my Prostate, Improve kidney function and increase testosterone in my system. The epimedium is a tonic and causes the body to naturally build testosterone. It does wonders for older men. I'm 70. The problem is that Epimedium consumes a lot of minerals in producing testosterone. Low minerals can cause muscle cramps. I have tried different supplements but they never seems to have the right balance or else they cause nausea when you take them. This one does have the perfect balance of ingredients and no nausea no matter how much you take. I take this and my body testosterone level seems to grow twice as fast as normal. No more leg cramps. I take double the recommended dosage. It also really improves my libido.
