The seller shipped 3 broken pieces of 20. When I contacted them they said I would have to contact the post office. They were packed well. Not disputed. The pieces in question were packed toward the center of the package and not near the edge as I would suspect if postal damage. I suspect the damage was because things were package too close and tight. I sent photo to show the seller the damage. Very disappointed in response. I will never buy again from seller again. They take no responsibility.

I'm confused, you said the items were packed well, Not Disputed and then you go on to say they were packaged too close and tight. As disclosed, we paid additional shipping charges because the package was heavier than expected due to the extra packaging we included for safe transit. We simply wanted you to be able to get a refund for the broken pieces through USPS. Once the package leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for how it is handled in transit.
