Ebay collected the item and shipment payment immediately, then I was notified by the seller that the item is not in stock and itI will take a few additional days. Every time I contacted the seller he responded almost immediately with an update but I needed the item and had waited almost a m so I requested a refund and got it somewhere else. Meanwhile I was getting emails from eBay asking how satisfied I was with my itemReply from: marvin_gardens_store- Feedback replied to by seller marvin_gardens_store.- Feedback replied to by seller marvin_gardens_store.The buyer was informed the next business day when his order was processed with Aquascape for shipping that the item was not received on the recent delivery. We contacted the customer alerted the customer of the situation, offered options to resolve the issue, a full refund or wait for the import item to arrive and receive the item at a discounted price. The buyer wrote: New message from: cartero1321 I will wait, please keep me updated. I understand that is out of your control.

I don't know what happened with the shipping. However, the seller's communication was very good, and he offered to give me a partial refund for waiting so long. The item is what I was looking for and fits in my car. It's not as strong as the more expensive one on the market, but it works for me and my budget.
