Hi there - I personally every single item before it is sent out. Unless there was a shipping issue or challenge in opening the package, an item like that would never have been shipped out without disclosure, especially as I have several others of that particular one on hand. Please next time ask for an exchange, send pictures of the packaging to look for imperfections, and most importantly include pictures of the actual item with all view present.

Here's mine: It's unfortunate a seller "earns" a neutral rating for "not responding" to a message about delivery when the seller has no control over the shipping services and when the item gets delivered less than 24 hours from a message/query being sent.
