Item was fine . SHIPPING WAS HORRIBLE. I had a client that really wanted this frame, when it actually arrived they were no longer interested. Now I am stuck with a product that I dont have a buyer for.
Seller said he was going to compensate me for the delay but once the initial communication he never followed up. Very disappointed with this experience

usps tracking# 9400111206239551406069 shipped 1 day after the sale. item did take 9 total days to arrive but this was on the usps not the seller. buyer demanding partial refund I ask them to return the item for a full refund and they refuse, stating too much hassle. I ask what amount partial refund they wish for and they say that is for me to figure out
