I won a pendant at auction that has not arrived. There is a tracking number and nothing else for the last month. I contacted the seller about a week ago to see if they had any idea what has happened to it. They said to contact them again in 2 or 3 days and they'd give me a refund. Then no contact from them for the last week. I feel that the least they could do is reply. When trying to contact eBay about it I typed in all 3 numbers (item, order and tracking) and none of them exist. SCAMMERS?????
