Makes a great angel food cake
My angel food cake performed very well. It did not separate into both parts very easily, but it didn't take too long. The cake stuck to all parts of the pan, but with a few moments of scraping the sides and tube, it fell right out. (To be honest, I do not believe that there is ANY products on the market today that would not have those problems.) It cleaned up super easily and the cake was absolutely perfect.
