  • La Catastrophe - the eruption of Montagne Pelee in 1902

An excellent book with many first hand accounts of the horrible events of May 8th, 1902 that extinguished the lives of so many people, the book debunks many commonly held beliefs concerning the eruption, and is well illustrated. A must read for students of natural disasters.
