Sent photos of the disaster and thoughtful seller immediately contacted me and issued full refund, expressing the same dismay that I felt in these wonderful glasses not surviving shipping. This is the second time lately that USPS has damaged a shipment — seems it has become so careless with boxes even though marked fragile. Disappointing but again, absolutely WONDERFUL SELLER that I hope to do business with again.
