Did not receive item. Had to open a dispute to receive refund, unfortunately. Something I did not want to do but felt forced to as Seller refused to co-operate and communicate which is the worst Seller behaviour when there is a problem to resolve. Buyers beware that this Seller tries to deny buyers their consumer rights by stating ‘No Refunds’. You have a legal right to refunds via distance selling (with a few very limited exceptions which don’t apply to this Seller).
