I searched ebay.ca and found this one for sale nearby. I had a smooth transaction and picked-up in person. The item was in a sealed transparent plastic bag, but there was no power cord. Since I had just bought an appropriate power cord, I picked it up anyways. When I tried it with the new power cord/transformer, it unfortunately did not work. I contacted the seller and they very kindly agreed to a return with a full refund. The return was smooth. Very ethical seller. I would buy from them again.
