These are supposed to be rubber insulators. I contacted the seller because they looked different. He stated they were hard plastic. I thought perhaps an upgrade. I had just purchased 3 of the same items still in the plastic Mopar packaging, they’re rubber. When these arrived I could see then what they were, dried out rubber. On one the bottom was still supple and I could squeeze it together, the rest rock hard. They’re not hard plastic, just old dried out rubber. Not mint, like new parts.
