An honorable dealer...I had an issue with shipping method (assumed a box at the price point and shoes arrived in a padded envelope which caused some flattening of product). Dealer responded immediately to my message and rebated $ difference for less expensive shipping cost. Package had been shipped quickly and product was as pictured (except for that flattening). I would buy from this vendor again but would probably message first to verify shipping method.
