Great little cart
Assembly was very easy. Loaded a 5 piece Pearl Maple Masters kit (heavy wood- drummers know) and SKB drum cases. SKB hardware case (yes the medium w/wheels. Just wanted to see if the cart would handle all the weight.) SKB hard cymbal case full of cymbals, my in-ear monitor set up, drum mic case w/ mics, cables, as well as my Roland pads and everything that goes with it. ROLLED AROUND VERY EASILY. Lousy construction, insane design
Cart broke the DURING construction. End arms use a strange cable release system to lock and unlock the arms at each end. While assemblyng the cart I treid to open the lower arm and the cable fell out without opening the arm. There is no way to reattach the cable (it is pushed through a hole in the side to a clamp on tip that holds it in place to pull the two legs of the arm in to allow you to raise the arm past the locking tabs) as the clamp is a "use once" design and would require special tools to attach. Now I have to use two screwdrivers and a lot of brute force to open the arm. Since both ends use the same poorly designed mechanism to open them, I anticipate not being able to open either arm soon. The instruction says not to "force" the rear wheels onto the spindle axle, but the ... Cart broke the DURING construction. This is the best thing to have to haul your equipment! As a female musician, I highly recommend this product .
