Seller very unreasonable to work with. Jacket sent had broken zipper pocket upon receipt which was not disclosed anywhere in description or in pictures. They said hadn’t noticed it. I asked for partial refund to get it repaired, they wanted jacket sent back, they wanted to see broken zipper for themselves even though pictures were provided.Seller said would fully refund item and all shipping costs once item received. Only refunded about $7…seller accused buyer of staining jacket, no full refund.

Rather than argue I gave you the presumption of innocence -before a partial refund could be offered you wanted a full refund & to keep the jacket. I felt this unreasonable without processing a return (which I typically don’t accept). The returned jacket had additional damage, a dark stain and was covered in fur. I didn’t think it was reasonable to issue a full refund for anything returned in such a state. A partial refund was issued and the now unsellable jacket was donated to the local shelter.
