    Good for fiber in ones diet but use to help lower cholestral. No after taste and easy to swallow. Note: recommend to take 5 a day. I prefer 3.

    Check out all the ingredients this has before purchasing

    It had a bunch of chemicals in it that the regular MetaMucil does not have, one of which is a type or sorbitol that a lot of people are sensitive to or even allergic to

    Still helps with the digestion, but not like the Probiotics.
