I purchased 2 of these Android 13 head units. Shipping went great, however, I installed the first unit into my car and realized it didn't have the advertised DSP/amp interface and it was Android 12, not 13. The seller determined that they sent the wrong units and offered $25 but I replied that I really just wanted what I paid for/expected. The seller emailed the file to update to Android 13 but that update wiped Android auto. Now I'm stuck with the wrong/useless product and no seller support.

Now 2 months after purchase. I'm still without what I paid for and still waiting on that 100% satisfaction that the seller stated. I was contacted by someone about upgrade to a different unit with DSP but the seller never followed through and has refused to respond to my messages and refused to correct anything through Ebay complaint. So much for money back guarantee for not receiving what I paid for. This has been a horrible purchasing experience. Do not purchase from this seller.
