This seller is nothing but a scammer. Put online puctures of North Face Jacket in a position that hides defects. In my case a huge rip a hole that was so big that all feather on that section went out. I contacted the seller and answered me saying "that item does not look like the one i sold you" or the rip was not there when i personally packet. I reviewed the pictures that she originally posted and noticed she place the sleeve against the jacket's hip to cover the hole. Horrible seller.

"Scammer" is a slanderous remark, but it appears that is in your review for multiple people on eBay. I am sorry to hear you feel that way. The item wasn't damaged when shipped out to you. You had the item for 5 days then messaged me demanding a full refund or you were going to escalate this. I assume the 'huge rip' happened in the 5 days of use or when opening. I take pride in full transparency and try my best to show flaws in any pre-owned item. I do not deal with threatening demanding people.
