The earrings arrived yesterday afternoon. They seemed carefully packaged, on a card in a little plastic envelope, then tightly bound in bubble wrap. But both pearls had detached, each moving around in the little envelope before it was even opened! I reattached the pearls to the posts with "Krazy Glue," which worked, but blistered the finish of the pearls a bit, underneath. I'M NOT ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT. But you need to know that they ARRIVED broken, I believe not your fault! Best wishes.

All of it was carefully placed. The pieces are just like it was described. The only slight thing was that some pieces had dust and grime along with one or two with sticky residue. 5+!
