Seller sold me a used shaver. Item description was “open box”. There was hair in the blades and case. Seller didn’t want to admit it was used. Told me to return the item for my petty refund. Bad attitude all around! List your items properly and customers will appreciate that.

The item was not as described in a presales communication. I asked if this was in a new and sealed box. It was not. The filter had a broken primer plunger. The box was not in great condition, and was not sealed. The main plastic filter container was scratched, and did not appear new. I offered the opportunity for the seller to send me or refund me the cost of a new primer plunger. I sent different messages..all which were unanswered. Cannot recommend this seller.
