  • Great instructional book!

I bought this book for myself, because I have always wanted to learn calligraphy. Now that I am retired, I finally have time to try it. This book has very specific and simple instructions for everything, from supplies needed to get started to every aspect of calligraphy. Highly recommend for anyone interested in learing to write calligraphy and needing easy and detailed instruction to begin.

  • Calligraphy by Don Marsh

I purchased this book as a gift to a friend who wants to learn Calligraphy. I do Calligraphy myself and recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn. It is very thorough and easy to understand by a beginner. The style presented is a good one to begin with and own.

  • Beautiful calligraphy

Everybody say that i have a nice handwriting but i wanted to do better so I bought this book on calligraphy and was immediately impressed with it. The number of projects available in this book makes it very interesting. Overall, I'd recommend this book to everybody who wants to learn calligraphy.

  • Calligraphy by Don Marsh (1966)

I purchased another calligraphy book which had too much history and not enough instruction and guidance. This book is Fabulous!!! Much easier to understand with more pages of different script and some fancier examples for different projects.

  • A must have!

This book is an excellent guide for the beginner calligrapher. It gives you step by step instructions, lots of detailed graphics and practice sheets.
