A piece of the item was missing due to another person being in charge of packaging up the item for shipment. It was an odd piece that had to be physically removed from the item in order for it to not be included on the item. Not sure why that was, but the partial refund process went simply and smoothly. Good customer communication. Rather pricey shipping that turned out to be half of the estimated shipping cost.
