Die Leute die inserieren sollen die Wahrheit angeben und nicht alle möglichen Ausreden erfinden.
Wenn die Ware nicht entspricht wird man gezwungen diese abzunehmen. Das finde ich bedenklich !
Wie zum Beispiel mit der Taschen Trompete .Ich habe eine Bestätigung verlangt dass das Instrument funktioniert ,der Herr brabant hat mir geantwortet das er das nicht bestätigen kann da er kein Blechbläser ist.
Da habe ich gentwortet daß ich vom Kauf zurück trete. Auf einmal hat er gesagt ,es funktioniert ??

ich habe Ihnen mehrfach ausdrücklich garantiert, dass das Instrument funktioniert. Darüber hinaus habe ich Sie nicht zum Kauf des Artikels gezwungen. Sie haben erst zwei Tage nach dem Kauf angegeben, dass Sie den Kauf stornieren wollten, als die Trompete bereits versandt wurde, und verweigern nun die Annahme des Pakets vom Postboten. Wenn Sie das Paket annehmen würden, könnten Sie selbst überprüfen, ob die Trompete funktioniert, anstatt unbegründet das Gegenteil zu behaupten.
