The item was exactly as described. It came well packaged and secure in a double box to insure it’s safe arrival. Stating a shipping date of July 20th is deceptive. That is when a label is made and you are told 2-9 days. I’m a positive person a label was made. So I figure all they have to do is drop it off at the post office. I received it aug. 1 that’s unacceptable I paid plenty shipping to not wait 11 days for my item. But I worst I don’t like the deception that it’s being handled immediately
