Item packaged well, arrived promptly. Item advertised as NEW, but item was broken and missing part. Seller’s photos did not include photos of damaged area or describe any missing parts. Seller offered $20 off. I rejected the offer, as I was able to fix the item and purchase $6 missing part. Seller did not offer to reimburse $6, though I did not ask. It would have been preferable for the seller to include photos of broken areas and include missing part in the description.
