Buyer was under impression the cup was a 24oz because that’s what seller had advised, but seller made a mistake. The actual size was a 16oz. Seller doesn’t normally take returns, but since they made the error they made an exception but also stated I could keep the cup and get a refund. This is very good customer svc. which is appreciated, but I already returned the cup. Thank you anyway, I wish things would’ve worked out.
