The Fox and the Hound, Highly recommended
This movie teaches us that no matter how different two animals (humans) are in appearance,they can be true friends based on love, respect, trust and caring. No matter what the opinion is of the majority of others, two true friends can depend on each other for help, protection, and loyalty. The scenes are beautiful in color, the songs are great and I love the sound that the young hound makes when he tries to bark. This is an absolutely excellent movie. Parents should watch it with their children and explain to them the good morals that are being taught. Also, when the dog's owner is acting mean, children can be taught that he is not being kind toward others. Excellent DVD product...Disney has done a GREAT job!
I am putting together a Disney movie collection for my daughter; now 18 years old, she just loves these movies. She wants these movies for her children some day too, so I decided to get them on DVD so she can have them forever. We have them all in VHS, but they are quite old with skips in the tapes. By purchasing the DVD version; we noticed a quality picture with much better sound.
