The wrong merry Christmas lighted sign was sent to me and I also received the packaging that was already opened and loose. The seller did not Own up to any of the above and was extremely difficult with me and did not reason with me when I was super nice to even buy this from the seller. I will not be buying anything from this seller ever again. Does not care about customer satisfaction and once again did not own up to sending me the wrong sign. Was super rude to me as well. Terrible experience!!

I was in no way rude. The buyer was trying to get a free item and force me to send another item without returning the one that "arrived open and loose". I sent a prepaid return label and buyer reports this is "inconvenient" and to send another item. I requested return for refund. I have blocked and reported this seller for extortion. Ebay should not allow buyers such as this one.
