The item was not as described in a presales communication. I asked if this was in a new and sealed box. It was not. The filter had a broken primer plunger. The box was not in great condition, and was not sealed. The main plastic filter container was scratched, and did not appear new. I offered the opportunity for the seller to send me or refund me the cost of a new primer plunger. I sent different messages..all which were unanswered. Cannot recommend this seller.
