Bad on sending the wrong item; excellent on seller's efforts to make up for that and make things right.
Board arrived promptly, but the box was bigger and heavier than the medium listed. The box's measurements and weight confirmed that. I sent my concerns, and the seller checked and realized I was sent a large.
He said he'd send me a prepaid return label and a medium board he found on Amazon. He couldn't do the return label, so he asked me to give the large board to someone, which I will.
