The item was VERY poorly packaged. The item, an antique telephone, is pretty heavy, and the seller packaged it in a very weak, unstable box. When the USPS delivered it, they had it in a basket, because the entire side of the box blew out, and the basket was there to "catch" the contents as they took it out for delivery. Poorly done.
