The only minor damage we could find on the bag was one wheel has lost a bit of the rubber, but it still spins and pulls along no problem, and there are some scuffs to the bottom corner, which is expected as they are on the floor, or rubbed around in the airport luggage handers. All the zips and clips work fine on this bag, and being a North Face it's been built to last, so this is made of tough stuff, and had plenty of life and adventures left in it...! Please see the photos.”
