Poor description, the listing was "Jacket is in good pre-owned condition, no stains, tears, or signs of wear noted" and priced appropriately. Upon receipt the shoulder seam is torn open with insulation showing thru.
While the seller offers free returns, but the time delivered we didn't have time to send back for refund and find another coat for winter. So instead we found local seamstress to make repairs. While we now have a jacket in good condition, the $$ was excessive for not good condition

Hello, I am very sorry to see that the order was not in the expected condition! I did not notice the tear prior to listing or sale, or I would have clearly noted this. It is still well within the return window, like you noted. However, I understand the timing with winter and finding a replacement. Please let me know the cost of your seamstress repair to get the jacket up to speed so I can issue you a partial refund to cover the cost of repair!
