I messaged the buyer that it was a simple mistake, that I'd accidentally grabbed volume 3 instead of volume 2 while in a rush. I also told the buyer that I had left for vacation after that, and had my store on vacation mode, which was why I didn't see their reply. Buyer was very kind and understanding when I explained this. Incorrect item was returned/refunded, and I sent the correct item to the buyer for a very, very good deal as an apology. Buyer was kind and thankful. Thank you.
