I bought a Braun IPL hair removal system from this shop. Item was listed as new/sealed in box. When I received it, box was opened several times before, no protective plastic and hair all over inside. Very disappointing, but I didn’t have a time to shop for another one and asked seller about symbolic partial refund, $20. No, he did want to go for it.

Item was new and what was photographed what was sent. What they said was they expected a sealed box even though the pics in the auction show it opened up. And if I refunded them 20 they would leave positive feedback. I said I offer a 30 day return policy so if you are truly not happy with it return it free of charge. Just wanted to get a 20 refund for no reason.
