Seller shipped an item missing parts. When notified, the seller insisted that all parts were included and that they have no responsibility to account for pieces not listed on the boxes contents… despite the item being listed on the boxes contents. The seller then said they needed to “contact the manufacturer” to review what should have been included in the package even after watching an official inboxing video, which I provided upon request.
I do not recommend you purchase from this seller.
